Hello Puget Sound!

As you know, we are gearing up to welcome new students and their families, reconnect with returning students, and kick off the academic year. Please take a moment to review the following Orientation and Welcome events. These events are open to all members of the campus community and seek to be one of the early touchstones available for students to begin connecting with each other and with faculty and staff.

We hope you'll find something to enjoy!

Welcome Events

Welcome Walk
Friday, Aug. 22 | ~5 p.m. | Commencement Walk near Peyton Field

Everyone is invited to make welcome signs, wear their Logger gear, and line up along the walk near Peyton Field. Families will exit Memorial Stadium and pass through our Welcome Walk on their way to the Welcome Festival on Wheelock Plaza. We hope you are able to join us for this event.
