Hello Campus Community,

On Friday, June 20, we will welcome the 2025 Special Olympics State Spring Games to campus. Throughout the weekend, thousands of athletes, volunteers, families, and spectators will join us for this important and inspiring annual event. We are proud to serve as the host site for the Spring Games and deeply grateful to the many campus partners who have worked hard to make this possible.

You may begin to notice event setup as early as Wednesday, and we want to ensure you know what to expect. While the campus will be active throughout the week, we do not anticipate any significant impact to parking or operations Monday through Friday. Aside from athlete check-in and packet pickup Friday afternoon, there are no major on-campus events scheduled that day. As such, there is no need for a remote work shift on Friday; however, if you have questions about your work location, please consult with your supervisor.
