Visiting Assistant Professor, Physics

While Prof. Tanaka develops lab experiments and lecture demonstrations for introductory physics and astronomy courses, he supervises undergraduate students in observing exoplanets using a telescope in the university's observatory. His research interests include observational astronomy, quantum field theory, and gravitation.
