Mrs. Schneebeck, Puget Sound parent, grandparent, and friend, was a long-time community leader along with her husband, Ed Schneebeck. She was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Arts degree in 1982, and in 1989, the Fritts organ in Kilworth Memorial Chapel was dedicated and named for Mrs. Schneebeck. This concert is presented as part of the School of Music Keyboard Series, and is free and open to the public. All are welcome to a reception in the Kilworth Memorial Chapel basement following the program.   American concert organist Wyatt Smith, a native of Rapid City, South Dakota, performs with “nuance, polish, and personality” (Michael Barone, APM Pipedreams).  He maintains an active concert schedule, performing throughout the United States and Europe, and his performances have been heard on American Public Media’s Pipedreams. Smith serves concurrently as Instructor of Organ & Harpsichord at the Epiphany Music Academy in Seattle and as the Affiliate Artist in Organ & Harpsichord at the .
