鈥淚 wasn鈥檛 exactly sure what I wanted to do when I graduated college,鈥 Ruff remembers. 鈥淔ortunately for me, I was introduced to two awesome HR professionals who helped me find my first real career role and figure out what I wanted to do. They didn鈥檛 have to help me as they did, and that stuck with me. It made me want to be like them and inspired me to help others who want to grow and develop.鈥
Ruff says that what she enjoys most about the work she does at Puget Sound is 鈥渢he students, staff, and faculty members I have had the pleasure to work with and the fact that I have the opportunity to face and find solutions to new challenges regularly.鈥
