Campus, Community

兔子先生 is one of the nation's best colleges for students seeking a great education with excellent career preparation and at a relatively affordable price, according to . The education services company named Puget Sound as one of its Best Value Colleges for 2023.

鈥淲e are pleased to once again be recognized for providing excellent value for our students,鈥 says 兔子先生 President Isiaah Crawford. 鈥淲hether it's in the job market, in community service, or in continuing their education, a Puget Sound education equips our students to succeed and make a positive impact in the world.鈥

The Princeton Review chose 209 schools for the 2023 list based on data from its surveys of administrators at more than 650 colleges. Topics covered everything from academics, cost, financial aid, graduation rates, and student debt. The company also factored in data from its surveys of students attending the schools as well as data from PayScale.com鈥檚 surveys of alumni about their starting and mid-career salaries and job satisfaction. In all, The Princeton Review crunched more than 40 data points to tally ROI (return on investment) ratings to determine which schools offered the best overall value.

"The schools we chose as our Best Value Colleges for 2023 are a select group: they comprise only about 8% of the nation鈥檚 four-year undergraduate institutions,鈥 said Rob Franek, editor-in-chief of The Princeton Review. 鈥淲e commend their administrators, faculties, staff, and alumni for all they are doing to educate their students and guide them to success in their careers. These colleges are also exceptional for the generous amount of financial aid they award to students with need and/or for their comparatively low cost of attendance.鈥

The Princeton Review gave Puget Sound an ROI rating score of 86 out of 99. In its profile of Puget Sound, the company鈥檚 editors praise the university for its beautiful campus and excellent academics and quote students they surveyed who described the college鈥檚 faculty as being 鈥済enuinely excited to make time for students in their schedule for advice, homework help, or even just sharing a coffee. The level of concern of the professors for undergraduate education is almost unmatched.鈥
