All documents must be in English and must be sent directly to Puget Sound by the issuing institution or by an official translating service. We cannot accept transcripts or letters of recommendation submitted by the applicant.

- Official high school transcript
- Only for students who have earned less than one year of college credit after graduating from high school
- Official college transcript from every college attended
- Academic evaluation (recommendation) from a college instructor
- College report form
- English proficiency score (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo):
- Required if primary language of instruction is not English
- A minimum score of 80 on the TOEFL IBT, 6.5 on the IELTS, or 105 on the Duolingo English Test is recommended.
- If English was the language of instruction at the college or university you previously attended, you are exempt from the proof of English proficiency.
